Writing a grant proposal is a means to an end. Developing a case for support, devising a strategy to build interest from the philanthropic community, making an informed and reasonable ask and developing a long-term relationship with the funder throughout the entire process is what BG Consulting seeks to accompany their clients in doing. A professional fundraising consultant will get to know you, your organization's mission and your project by offering personalized guidance throughout the entire research, writing and submittal process. They will also help you determine if your request is viable so that time and money is not wasted. My clients should be in a better position to raise money on their own once we have worked together. And although I will seek to have long-term relationships with my nonprofit clients, in the end, those agencies will be better fundraisers for having gone through this process.
